Shipping
If you order on weekdays before 7 p.m., your package will be shipped the next day and delivered within 2-5 business days. It is possible that there may be a delay with the shipping company, which will cause your package to take longer to arrive. Please contact us if you have not received your package after 5-6 business days.
It is free to return mirrors under 100 cm .
For mirrors 101 cm or larger, we charge €24.95 in return costs, as larger and fragile products require special transport.
You have 60 days to return your package after receiving it.
Cancellation
You can cancel or revoke your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Report your cancellation or revocation by clicking on the text 'Revoke order':
Return Policy
- You must create your return case within 60 days of receiving your package.
- Refund of the amount will be made within 3 business days after receipt of your return shipment.
We are confident that you will love our products, but we understand that you may not be completely sure yet. That is why we offer you a 60-day trial period. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your mirror, simply open a return within 60 days and get your money back.
We do not accept products that are sent back to us without you first creating a return case.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary for the product to be resalable, we may hold you liable for this diminished value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

It's free to send back. We'll pay for your return label. So you always get back the same amount you paid us. This gives you the opportunity to try the mirror for 60 days completely free of charge.
Complaints Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so we can assess the problem and resolve it for you.
Exchange The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you received. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order with the new item.
